Emergency need for key (loss by tenant etc): €50 flat fee

Weekly Security check in off season (complete tour of property and grounds, shutter/window test, talking to neighbours etc): €150 per month

Emergency security check (severe weather conditions): by agreement (ie, we do it automatically): €30 per outing

on demand (ie, you ask us to go): €50 per outing

Changeovers/Meet & Greet

This depends on the size of your property, its location and your exit and entrance times. A 4 bedroom (3 bathroom) house with pool and gardens and a 11am checkout/3pm check-in regime is a mite more expensive than a two room flat operating a 10am out/5pm in policy. Laundry service is another parameter.

We prefer to meet you in your property to discuss the price.

When we have agreed on a price then it's applied over a full season. Enquire

Cleaning/Spring cleaning

Again, cleaning during a changeover depends on the size of your property.

Spring cleaning (at start or end of season) is also in function of size: number of rooms and bathrooms especially).
