We
keep a key to your property for regular security checks or
whenever there's an emergency (hailstorm, flooding, high
wind) in the region. If you or your client ever loses
their key we have ours safely secured.
Changeovers/Meet & Greet
Whether
you prefer Saturday or Sunday changeovers our team is
on hand to check out the departing client, strip the
beds, replace the laundry, clean the house & restock,
greet the incoming client. Laundry is washed, ironed
and brought back the following week.

Cleaning
doesn't just mean mopping out the kitchen: for us it entails
a total review of the property
after each client and a painstaking dusting/washing/polishing
of every surface. The fridge, hobs, oven and other macines
are given the full treatment. Start or end of season Spring
cleaning is even more comprehensive.
